You can make changes or cancel your current Tour Contract before the commencement of your tour. This cancellation or change must be given in a written form to the company and will be subject to the cancellation policy mentioned below. The date of change or cancellation will be the date when the company receives notice of your change or cancellation request. The changes or cancellation of any domestic flight or international flights booked by Marvelous Journeys as part of your trip might subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions and any such charges or fees will be borne fully by the tourist. If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways and cancellation charges by hotels booked. If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us. Marvelous Journeys will disburse any applicable refund amount within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the instruction/ request to change or cancel the tour as per the below mentioned cancellation terms.
